You know, that one day of the year when you lose complete control of your senses and dive into ice cold river water, wearing only your skivvies! But- you quickly warm up with the knowledge that you are helping children who are physically or developmentally challenged. Presidents Choice Childrens Charity presents the 'Ottawa Polar Bear Dip', 2 pm January 1st, 2010 at Britannia Beach. Come one, come all...all you need is a bathing suit and a good attitude!
